Service Tokens
Use the Service Tokens page to view existing service tokens and to create new service tokens. Service tokens allow other services to communicate with Votiro On-prem.
To get to the Service Tokens page, from the navigation pane on the left, click Settings > Service Tokens.

To create a new service token, click + Create New. For detailed steps to create a new service token, see . |

Details of the service token are displayed:

ID: The ID of the service token is automatically added. |

Issued To: Specifies the name you have given to the service token. |

Created At: A DateTime stamp is automatically added to the service token. |
|

Expiration: Specifies the date the service token will expire. |

Developer - Advanced integration. For all available APIs. Handle it with caution. |

Creating a Service Token
To create a new service token:

Complete Create New Service Token fields. |
Type |
Specifies the token type. |
Issued To |
Specifies the name you have given to the service token. |
Set Expiration Time |
Specifies the date the service token will expire. |

A service token is generated. You must copy this service token to the relevant bearer authentication headers. |
IMPORTANT!
The service token generated is not stored by Votiro On-prem. You must copy it immediately.

Revoking a Service Token
To withdraw a service token, click Revoke. A confirmation pop appears warning that a revoked service token cannot be recovered.

Click OK to continue revoking the service token, or Cancel to continue using the service token.
