We are very pleased to announce the latest release of Votiro SaaS version 25.05.11. This version contains important enhancements to our product!
The following new features and improvements are added to this version of Votiro SaaS.
Votiro & Menlo – Management portal rebranding
Following the recent acquisition of Votiro by Menlo Security, we’re excited to roll out a rebranded management portal that reflects our new, unified direction. The Votiro Management Portal now carries Menlo Security branding, including updated logos, color themes, and a consistent UI aligned with Menlo’s platform standards.
Microsoft OneDrive – Enhancements
We're pleased to introduce major enhancements to our Microsoft OneDrive integration. This update ensures high functional product and provides seamless protection and secure file collaboration within OneDrive.
New enhancements and improvements include:

CDR Engine

Our SVG sanitization now eliminates phishing attacks by removing external references. |

Corrupted files handling
Our product now supports handling of Office corrupted files . If an Office file is identified as corrupted, the file will be tagged as corrupted and will be blocked. |
DDR Engine
The following enhancements and improvements were added to the DDR engine:

Our DDR engine now supports detection for large content-length files, up to 1M chars. |

Management Platform
The Management platform has been enhanced with the following features:

Customize Password-protected portal logo – Customers can now upload a custom logo to personalize the appearance of their password-protected file access portal. This update enhances branding consistency and provides a more seamless end-user experience. |

Password-protected portal – The user now has the ability to view the typed password. |
