Votiro provides support on each release of Secure File Gateway for some time after issuing the next release of the product. The exact end of support dates are listed in the table below.
Customers should take into account Votiro's policies regarding enhancements and bug fixes:

Note:
Votiro highly recommends that users regularly upgrade to the latest version of Secure File Gateway and not wait until the end of a release’s support cycle.
