Note: Only Admins can install the Votiro application.
Microsoft Teams Configuration for Integration with Votiro Cloud

Navigate to Teams apps > Manage apps through the left pane: |

Select +Upload new app > Upload and select the manifest file provided by Votiro. |

If the upload process succeeded, you should receive the following message: |

Open your Teams client on your desktop (you must be a Teams Admin), navigate to Apps and you should see Votiro Cloud for MS Teams with an option of Add: |

A new chat should appear now. In this new chat window, type and send: Start: |

Click on the link to authorize the application (You must be an Azure Admin to approve this step): |

Accept the permission, as shown below: |

Next, you need to provide your Votiro tenant information: |

Votiro Bearer Token should be generated from the Votiro Management Console under System Configuration > Service Tokens. The process on how to generate a token is explained in detail in our help center at Service Tokens. |

An example is displayed below. After filling in the Votiro tenant information, click Submit: |

If the information submission was successful, you should receive this notification: |

In the Microsoft Entra solutions pane, under Microsoft Entra ID (Azure ID), click on Go to ID. |

Copy the Tenant ID (Azure ID). You will need this value in the Votiro Management Console. |

After adding the Votiro Cloud application and before deploying the application using the chatbot, edit the availability to Admin users only. |

After deploying the product, edit the availability to all relevant users/groups. |
Configuration of Teams in the Votiro Cloud Management Dashboard
To get to the Teams page, from the navigation pane on the left, click Cloud Connectors and Integrations > Microsoft Teams.

Paste your Microsoft Entra Tenant ID (Azure AD) that you copied from the Microsoft Entra admin center into the Azure Tenant id field. |

You should now see the monitored groups that are available to monitor: |

Select the Groups you’d like to include as part of the integration from the left side and click the Add button to move them to the right side. After moving all the desired Groups, click Save Changes. Now all the selected groups will be protected by Votiro Cloud! |
